    ISO 9001

    In order to be able to compare quality management systems worldwide, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) has formulated a number of general standards. ISO 9001 contains the basic principles of quality management systems for companies that want to provide quality products or services tailored to the customer. The ISO training of G&P Quality Management teaches you everything about quality systems and the way in which you implement them in your company.

    The pillars of ISO 9001

    The ultimate goal of any quality management system (QMS) is to strive for continuous improvement. ISO 9001 is based on 2 pillars that must be applied at all times and everywhere in the company: a process-based approach and application of the PDCA (or DMAIC) principle. ISO training also explains everything about the 6 mandatory general procedures for every company:

    1. Control of documents
    Record what needs to be done and keep the documents up to date.

    2. Control of records
    Collect data to prove that your products or services meet internal and external customer requirements.

    3. Internal audits
    Check in a pre-planned manner, whether the QMS is implemented and known, and whether it is maintained and followed up.

    4. Control of nonconforming product or service
    Products or services that do not comply may not reach the customer.

    5. Corrective action
    The causes of errors and NOK products or services must be eliminated, so that the error can no longer be made.

    6. Preventive action
    During the ISO training you will learn how to ensure that the causes of errors and NOK products or services no longer occur.
