Implementation of ISO 9001
ISO 9001 is a well-known quality management system. Our experienced engineers can help you with both the introduction and improvement of quality management in your company through ISO training and coaching.
Verification with Quality System Basics
To find out whether you meet the requirements of quality management systems such as ISO 9001, you can use the Quality System Basics (QSB). This is a list of basic elements that are necessary to achieve a final product that meets all customer requirements. We are certified by GM-PSA to perform QSB assessments and provide training & coaching to their suppliers. As an experienced expert, we can provide training like no other with all elements of the Quality System Basics system.
PROJECT ENGINEERING
G&P Quality Management offers assistance with various forms of Project Engineering. Every project requires a structured approach, this is where the shoe sometimes dares to pinch. In the automotive sector, experts talk about APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning). Its main lines and milestones can, in principle, be used in any sector.
A variety of projects
We can provide assistance for various forms of Project Engineering:
- New installations or relocation of machines and installations
- Specific projects for quality improvement and production optimization, such as: workshop organization (5S), problem solving and prevention, targeted audit programs, standardized working and process control via SPC.
RESIDENT ENGINEERING
A Resident Engineer represents our client and is treated as an employee of the company he/she is responsible for. In this way, he/she can quickly solve a problem on location and eliminate or minimize the risk of damage to the brand.
Responsibilities of a Resident Engineer
- Quick response to a problem, verification and analysis of a defect, immediate contact with a supplier to provide details (photos, shipping parts for analysis, etc.)
- Appropriate responses, regular visits to relevant facilities, participation in meetings
- Maintain good relationships with the plant engineers in question.
- Ensure follow-up and communication with product or process changes and improvement proposals
- Ensure follow-up and communication when introducing new products

PROCESS ENGINEERING
In addition to Quality Engineering and Project Engineering, you can also contact us for Process Engineering. At Process Engineering we focus on optimizing your production process. The difference with Project Engineering is that it deals with specific projects (e.g. a machine relocation or a workshop organization), whereas this looks at the overall process.
