G&P Quality Management is a company that saw the light of day 10 years ago and originated from a constant drive for top quality within the automotive industry. We are a leading service company based on supply chain management, engineering, training and coaching.
Our principle is simple and so is our moral code: Plan, Do, Check, Act. Also known as the PDCA. Our methodical approach steeped in know-how enables us to support our customers in their constant quest to improve, renew and innovate. We therefore use the slogan: No Quality = No Gain, But Pain. Also the principle for which quality stands: Q = E2, efficiency x effectiveness, and that is quality. The quality of an end product or service is the result of a qualitative process.
Our job is to turn the mindset of fear (as a result of resistance to change) into a hunger for innovation. We create an awareness that makes it a habit for everyone to work efficiently every day. We don’t make it a one-man show; everyone is responsible for quality within a company.
The golden rule to be successful is to ensure that your processes are balanced and run effectively and efficiently. Your employees must have a mindset where they are responsible for their part of the process. That responsibility starts with no longer accepting mistakes, avoiding making them yourself and not passing them on.
